Once you've found the perfect property and your offer has been accepted, we'll start preparing the tenancy agreement and organising everything for the commencement date. Below is a list of what you can typically expect to pay:
Tenancy Agreement / Admin Fee*: £150 plus VAT per person subject to a minimum of £300 plus VAT per property
Deposit: Typically one month’s rent
End-Tenancy (if required)
Inventory Check-out Fee: £60 plus VAT
*The tenancy agreement fee covers the administrative costs of creating a contract for the tenancy, the administration associated with holding your deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme, and the cost of referencing including checking your credit status, previous employer, current or past landlords, and taking into account any other information to help assess the affordability of your tenancy application.
